We look forward to taking you with our chauffeur on one of the best food and wine itineraries in the Veneto region: the route to acknowledge the Prosecco and Colli Conegliano Valdobbiadene Wine Road, through an evocative panoramic drive, with a visit to two wineries.
Three different tastings per type of wine will be arranged in each winery, accompanied by appetisers based on local products.
The first winery will be family-run, to appreciate the smaller realities that are characterised by their life stories of incomparable human value.
You will then proceed to a second internationally renowned winery, partner of important events in the Veneto region, with large-scale wine production. In both, you will be given a guided tour by staff who will reveal the merits and secrets of the wine-making process and show you the stages of wine processing and production.
Lunch will be enjoyed in a characteristic farmhouse restaurant where typical local products will be served accompanied by the famous 'spiedo della Marca trevigiana'. which represents a true excellence and, as such, should be told and, above all, celebrated in conviviality. The spit is one of the most ancient cooking methods. It requires very long and slow roasting of the meat, about 6 hours, placed on the 'spit', irons that rotate continuously over the embers.
